No Heat Diagnostic

$125*

Basic service charge to come out to your home and take a quick look at your furnace to tell you what's wrong and give you a flat rate estimate for the repair.

Routine Maintenance/Inspection

 $175*

Safety inspection and maintenance on gas or electric furnace includes, clean burners, pilot, vacuum lines, check drains, check capacitors and amperage draw, inspect for proper combustion and blower operation and check air filter.

 

* furnaces in attic, crawl space, tough access, is an additional $25.*
